Configure automatic access code delivery for purchases

Webhook Endpoint

Add this URL to your Shopify webhook settings for "Order payment" events

This webhook will automatically generate and email access codes when customers purchase your curriculum product.

Required Environment Variables

These must be configured in your Manus project settings

SHOPIFY_WEBHOOK_SECRET

The webhook signing secret from Shopify (found in webhook settings)

SHOPIFY_CURRICULUM_PRODUCT_ID

The Shopify product ID or variant ID for your Gut Health Mastery curriculum

RESEND_API_KEY

Your Resend API key for sending access code emails

CURRICULUM_URL

The public URL of your curriculum (e.g., https://learn.theurbanmonk.com)

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to complete the Shopify integration

Get your Shopify product ID:
- • Go to Shopify Admin → Products
- • Click on your "Gut Health Mastery" product
- • The product ID is in the URL: /products/[PRODUCT_ID]
Create a Resend account:
- • Visit resend.com
- • Sign up and verify your sending domain (theurbanmonk.com)
- • Generate an API key from the dashboard
Configure environment variables:
- • Go to Manus project settings → Secrets
- • Add all four required environment variables listed above
Set up Shopify webhook:
- • Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Notifications
- • Scroll to "Webhooks" section
- • Click "Create webhook"
- • Event: "Order payment"
- • Format: JSON
- • URL: Copy the webhook endpoint from above
- • Save and copy the webhook signing secret
- • Add the signing secret to your environment variables
Test the integration:
- • Make a test purchase in Shopify (use test mode)
- • Check your email for the access code
- • Verify the code works on the curriculum site
